Employer Nomination Scheme visa (subclass 186) under this visa lets skilled workers, who are nominated by an employer, live and work in Australia permanently. There are three streams Direct Entry Stream- After getting nominated by an Australian employer your occupation must be eligible skilled occupations and you must have Competent English Labour Agreement Stream- if you are currently working or are going to work for an Employer who r must have labour agreement then you can apply under this stream.
Temporary Residence Transition stream – Applicant of this visa must be holding either Subclass 457, TSS or relevant Bridging visa A, B or C
